TCX distance recalculation

	TCX file:	A valid TCX file. Max file size = 10 Mbyte
	Methodology: Recalculate all distances in the TCX file (needs GPS coordinates!) Scale only (enter scaling factor below in point-notation) Remove all distance information from the TCX
	Distance scaling factor (default 1.0):	Multiply all distance measures by a constant scaling factor. This can for instance be useful for badly calibrated footpod's. Input must range from 0 to 10.
